Ton de Graaf, Executive Coach en Chartered Business Coach™
Quest Coaching is in 2004 opgericht door Ton de Graaf, Executive Coach en Chartered Business Coach. Ton leerde het vak leidinggeven in 1982 als pelotonscommandant bij de Koninklijke Marechaussee. Daarna stapte hij over naar de Koninklijke Luchtmacht waar hij een aantal functies in het buitenland heeft bekleed. In 1992 werd hij eervol ontslagen als Reserve Kapitein.
Na een studie arbeids– en organisatiepsychologie maakte hij de overstap naar het bedrijfsleven als interim-manager, change manager en Human Resources Development manager bij verschillende organisaties.
In 2007 werd zijn inzet, ervaring en kunde beloond en ontving hij als eerste coach ter wereld de hoogst haalbare waardering voor Executive Coaches en Business Coaches: de Chartered Business Coach™ certificering.

De International Coach Academy in Australië nodigde Ton in 2006 uit om als Life-, Business en Executive coaching docent studenten op te leiden volgens richtlijnen van de International Coach Federation (ICF). Hierdoor hebben we een enorm netwerk van gecertificeerde coaches in iedere uithoek van de wereld waarvan we de kwaliteit kunnen garanderen.
